First Thyme makes delicious, traditional organic herbal infusion drinks for children . Created by Jo Segrave-Daly, this is a family business from Norfolk.

The inspiration for First Thyme arose from Jo’s belief in the goodness of herbs, which has been her life’s passion. The pleasure of giving her homemade infusions to her own children is something she wishes to share with every parent.

Jo is wife to Justin, an environmental consultant, and mother of Bríde, Niamh and Árann. You may have noticed a little Irish influence in those names, they are blessed with a warm Irish family across the water, and to call Norfolk home too … torn between Norfolk skies and West Ireland sunsets you might say!

‘Many may have forgotten the worth of the wayside but Mother Nature has not, she has kept an abundance of flavour in the hedgerows, waiting to be rediscovered. Try a little thyme honoured goodness for your little one too, with a soothing First Thyme infusion’.
